“ A meatball restaurant recommended by a friend. The place is quite humble, a fairly simple stall with walls, floors, and furniture that look worn by age. It's located at a three-way intersection off the north coast of Java. It's quite easy to find because the billboard is also attached under the tiled roof. The guide doesn't know the standard taste of meatballs in Pekalongan, but it still fell short of expectations. If you say they're delicious, they are, but not to the level of deliciousness of Wonogiri or Kutoarjo meatballs. Maybe for some who have bought meatballs in the afternoon, in front of their house, after a rainy day, and then come to a meatball vendor selling from a street cart, the broth tastes similar to those! Not too rich, but you can taste the umami. A bowl of meatballs contains yellow noodles, white noodles, and mustard greens. For the white noodles, they use white vermicelli noodles, usually used for fried vermicelli. They're smaller than those usually found in meatball stalls. No problem, it's still delicious, but the texture is different, making it easier to break apart when chewed. How about the meatballs? Well, these are excellent.
